Michmanim- REALIZING YOUR DREAM!
Join us at Michmanim, a community village in the Galilee. Michmanim lies in the midst of natural flora on the western tip of Har Kamon at a height of 580 meters above sea-level. From the north, we view the Bet HaKerem valley and the hills of Upper Galilee and to the south, the Nazareth hills and the Carmel mountain range. From the east we can see the sunrise over the Sea of Galilee and the Golan Heights and to the west; we can view the sun setting over Haifa and its bay.

Location: Michmanim is situated just 7 minutes drive from Karmiel and a 45 minutes drive from Haifa.
Number of Families: The village has 55 families and 160 children up to the age of 18 years. The number of families envisaged in the final development planning is 150.
Educational Framework for Children: There is an educational framework for children from 0 to 6 years at the settlement with a toddler's day nursery and a combined kindergarten and pre-school kindergarten. The school children study within the Misgav educational system that is recognized as one of the best of its kind in Israel. The Misgav Regional Council is responsible for the every day transportation of the children from and to schools and activity circles.
Youth Activities: Youth activities are for 4th to 12th graders and are organized by the village youth coordinator. There are also activities arranged for 1st to 3rd grade children. We also organize a wide range of social activities during the summer vacation and during the Jewish festivals.

Worth Knowing!
Michmanim is characterized by the large percentage of residents who work and earn their living in the village. There are both cultural and social activities arranged at Michmanim throughout the year. The population is comprised of families and children of various ages and there is a wide array of professions and occupations among our members. Michmanim has a communal center that includes a toddler's day nursery, a kindergarten, a members club, youth club, secretariat, children's playgrounds and sports courts.
